We work primarily with hospitality and community-facing establishments—cafés, restaurants, galleries, event venues,
gyms, wellness spaces, small-scale lodging, and mixed-use facilities—that wish to function as meaningful third places.
How We Work
Our work is fundamentally advisory. We guide clients through five core pillars that provide a clear, workable roadmap for aligned decision-making, spatial flow, and operational clarity. In addition, we take on two to three intensive projects at a time where we move beyond strategy into tangible execution — delivering branding, interior design direction, menu and product development, and immersive staff training (think Kitchen Nightmares, without the yelling). Our immersive clients receive on-the-ground support during design, implementation, and launch, alongside ongoing advisory guidance. We do not run businesses on behalf of our clients; we equip owners and operators to see the path forward clearly, strengthening leadership, culture, and workflow until the desired rhythm is understood and embodied by the entire team.
