Third Place Consulting intentionally limits engagements to 2–3 Immersion clients per year, depending on project scope. This model exists by design.

The financial support from paid clients allows me to dedicate several months each year to pro-bono or reduced-fee advisory work for businesses that have been impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, economic disruption, or community displacement.

This ensures the work remains both financially sustainable and socially responsible, reinforcing Third Place Consulting’s role as a form of community-centered infrastructure rather than purely commercial consulting.
